The Journal of Leadership, Strategy, and Impact in Africa (JLSIA) is excited to announce the commencement of its second issue and invites submissions that explore the intersection of leadership, strategic thinking, digital transformation, and sustainability in African and Global South contexts.

The journal aims to:

• Advance multidisciplinary scholarship
• Foster dialogue that inspires ethical leadership
• Promote inclusive development across diverse sectors

Topics of interest
The journal welcomes original and high-impact submissions on themes including, but not limited to:

• Transformational, ethical, and responsible leadership models
• Public value creation and governance reforms
• Strategic foresight and planning in complex environments
• African case studies and practices
• Gender-equitable and inclusive leadership in digital contexts
• Higher education leadership and institutional reform
• Indigenous knowledge systems and leadership wisdom

Submission deadline
Submissions will close on 30 April 2026 for July 2026 publication.
